Seated Rock-outs to build your upper body and core
This FREE, 8-week series of classes will include adaptive cardio, strength training, and stretching – all intended to build your upper body and core.
The instructor-led classes are presented by Jerod Nieder, who has a C5 spinal cord injury. Jerod trains for hand cycling in marathons and has completed the New York City marathon in 2021 and 2022.
Classes are accessible for wheelchair users and people living with paralysis and other disabilities that affect mobility. Adaptations are provided. So dig-out those headphones and crank-up your speakers because this new session of classes will have MUSIC to motivate us to work hard.
