Watch the Celebration of 40 years event of community caregiving at the Ronald MacDonald House Charities – Kentuckiana.
The Ronald MacDonald House Charities – Kentuckiana (RMHCK) has been and is a steadfast partner serving children enrolled in the Pediatric NeuroRecovery Translational Clinic at Frazier Rehab/University of Louisville Health and in research studies as part of the Kosair for Kids Center for Pediatric NeuroRecovery and the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center at the University of Louisville. “This is truly a community effort, and we are fully committed to it.” said Bru Peter, McDonald’s Owner/Operator and one of the RMHCK Board Members.
“One thing about the community and Kentucky, is people helping people. This community rises to the need of what needs to be done.” said Dr. Saul Bertolone, RMHCK Founder. “Families come to get life-changing care that enriches all their lives.”
“We don’t exist without the Ronald MacDonald House” welcoming families and children a ‘home away from home’ while children get better via our specialized care targeting recovery from paralysis and spinal cord injuries in children. Thank you RMHCK as you celebrate 40 years of caring and service to children and families!
