Dr. Rouffet has been a faculty member of the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center since 2018. His research at KSCIRC focuses on the effect of neuromodulation techniques, i.e. transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord and administration of pharmacological agents, on movement forces and muscle activation during locomotor exercises and upper-extremity tasks in individuals with spinal cord injuries.
